Credit Guide

Last updated: June 2026

This Credit Guide explains who we are, the credit assistance we provide, how we are paid, and how to raise a concern. Please keep it for your records.

Licensee

Loanseekers provides credit assistance under the Ausloans Finance Group aggregator arrangement, which holds Australian Credit Licence 383999. We act as an authorised credit representative under that licence.

Authorised credit representative number: [CONFIRM — Brandon to supply].

Services provided

We provide credit assistance by helping you identify and apply for suitable finance options through the Ausloans lending network. We are a finance broker, not a lender, and the decision to approve any loan rests with the relevant lender.

Our lender panel

We work with a panel of more than 70 lenders accessed through the Ausloans aggregator, including major banks, second-tier banks and specialist asset and personal finance providers. We do not work with every lender in the market, and the lenders we recommend will depend on your circumstances and the suitability of their products.

Fees and commissions

We may receive commission from a lender or referral partner when a loan we arrange settles. We may also charge you a fee for our services. Where a fee or commission applies, it will be disclosed to you in your individual credit proposal before you proceed.

[CONFIRM — Brandon to supply exact fee and commission wording.]

Responsible lending obligations

Before we assist you with a loan, we are required to assess whether it is not unsuitable for you. This means making reasonable enquiries about your requirements, objectives and financial situation, and taking reasonable steps to verify that information. You can ask us for a copy of the assessment we make.

Complaints

If you have a concern, please contact us first using the details below or see our complaints page. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.

External dispute resolution

We are a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), membership number 123105. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can refer it to AFCA at no cost:
